This position is responsible for executing the production of our products ensuring the delivery of orders in accordance with our specifications.

📩 This Operations Associate role reports to the Operations Area Coordinator.

🎯 Main Goals

✅ Ensure our work orders are produced appropriately and on time;
🗓️ Follow the Weekly Production Planning;
📦 Produce/Pack products to meet quality & safety standards; and
🔧 Assist in equipment repairs with the maintenance department.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (mixers, packing machines, freezing tunnel, industrial cutter) safely & efficiently;
• Weigh and prepare materials according to recipes;
• Assemble boxes for product packaging;
• Prepare & customize client/customer orders;
• Conduct quality checks;
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace;
• Follow Safety and HACCP guidelines;
• Respect the Weekly Plan from the Area Leader;
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices;
• Report production issues to leaders;
• Perform maintenance tasks as needed; and
• Any other tasks as requested.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to handle up to 25kg bags;
• No physical limitations;
• Able to safely operate manual pallet jacks; and
• Availability to work shifts (incl. nights & weekends during peak periods).

💡 Experience You Bring

📘 Technical professional course (Level 4 - EQF) in: Mechanical | Mechatronic | Electrical | Electronics;

🔧 1–2 years of experience working with packing machines;
🧼 Knowledge of GMP & HACCP;
📈 Ability to interpret production schedules and manage changeovers;
⚙️ Experience with manufacturing operations (electronic settings, line control, troubleshooting, etc.);
🔍 Familiarity with preventive maintenance; and
🗣️ Strong communication in Portuguese & English.
