Hillel International’s Israel Engagement & Confronting Antisemitism (IECA) Department unites seven specialized teams — including the Jewish Agency Israel Fellow Program, IACT Program, Israel Leadership Network (ILN), Safety and Security, Campus Impact Advisors (CIA), and Antisemitism Research and Education (ARE) — to strengthen Jewish student life across North America.
Our mission is to foster meaningful connections to Israel and Zionism while confronting antisemitism in all its forms. We partner with students and campus professionals to empower Jewish students, address antisemitic incidents proactively, and create campus environments where Jewish life can thrive — proudly and openly.
As the Operations Associate, you’ll serve as the organizational and operational support for this department. You will provide essential administrative and logistical support across the IECA Department and the Israel Action & Addressing Antisemitism Program (IAP). Reporting to the Vice President of IECA, you will work closely with program leaders to ensure smooth project execution, accurate financial and data management, and efficient internal operations that help maximize our impact. This position is entirely remote for eligible U.S.-based applicants.
