The Role

At Industry FinTech, the Operations Team is the backbone of how everything runs. As an Operations Associate, you’ll help ensure that every process — from onboarding new clients to maintaining compliance across all our operations — is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and control.

You’ll gain exposure to how a global fintech operates behind the scenes, learning about capital markets, investor management, and compliance frameworks that keep our systems reliable and scalable. You’ll also have the opportunity to make informed operational decisions that directly impact client accounts and processes.

What You’ll Do

Support key operational workflows across teams — from project tracking to client reporting — ensuring that timelines are met and data is reliable.
Maintain precise internal documentation and records, helping the team stay audit-ready and compliant with company standards.
Assist with compliance-related reviews, ensuring internal and external processes meet company and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate across departments (Finance, Compliance, and Management) to ensure seamless execution of operational deliverables.
Monitor and improve processes, identifying opportunities to make workflows more efficient and standardized.
Prepare and analyze reports that support decision-making, performance tracking, and compliance audits.
Handle administrative and data-related tasks — from reconciliations to quality checks — ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

MUST! Fluent English communication (written and spoken) - This position is 100% in English
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and data organization tools
Analytical mindset and ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps
Dependable, proactive, and able to follow structured workflows

Bonus Points For:

Experience in operational or administrative roles in international companies
Familiarity with CRM systems or workflow tools (ClickUp, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
Interest in fintech, finance, or process optimization
