Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day business activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer support, social media management, and operational tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support primarily via email, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), focusing on community engagement and responding to messages and comments
  • Support content scheduling and basic posting tasks
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks across workflows, content, and communications to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Assist with time-sensitive and last-minute requests

  • Take ownership of a wide range of tasks beyond the core scope when required
