Core Responsibilities (EA Base)
- Manage executive inbox and correspondence
- Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments
- Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips
- Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings
- Organize files, documents, and data for easy access
- Book travel and manage itineraries
- Conduct light research to support decision-making
Ops Emphasis Responsibilities
- Create and update SOPs and process documentation
- Manage task boards and project timelines (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Track deliverables and send reminders/follow-ups
- Set up and maintain tools, platforms, and automations
- Support with reporting, metrics, and quality checks
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to create SOPs, manage workflows, and implement tools/automations
- Naturally proactive, reliable, and consistent in keeping projects and teams on track
- Growth-oriented professional seeking a long-term partnership with opportunities to scale
