As part of the development of our activity in Rwanda, we are looking for several Automotive Sales Executives (M/F).

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Technician
• Operations Assistant
• Driver

Requirements

This position is essential to ensuring efficient and smooth operations aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• At least two years of experience in an operational or administrative support role, preferably in the
• automotive industry.
• Manage administrative tasks related to operations, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and
• reporting.
• Knowledge of automotive driver service, technician, and operations procedures, as well as relocation request (RRA) processing.
• Experience Level: Technician, professional driver, and repair experience with various automotive
• companies.
• Experience as a technician and repair experience with various automotive companies.
• Education Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and logistics, and knowledge of transfer of ownership processes.
• Bachelors degree in administration or 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive processes, drivers, license.
• Knowledge of local port procedures (SDV, DPW, MAGERWA) and relocation request (RRA) processing
