Operations and Shipping Associate (Contract)

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking operations pro to join our team for the next three months. As an Operations Associate, you will be the behind-the-scenes driving force of a new logistics process, helping support our customers’ online orders and shipping requests. Get to know and work with our warehouse and technology teams, discover how we can help you grow and develop your logistics skills, and be challenged to think creatively every day. You Also Have:

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively using electronic fulfillment system & inventory management systems (prior fulfillment or packaging handling experience preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and be comfortable squatting, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

What We Offer  This is a three-month contract position, with options for full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time (15 - 25 hrs/week). In addition, we strongly value creating an environment where our teammates are healthy and happy.
