Requirements

Education/Training: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
  • Additional work experience may be substituted for a degree 

Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in the required task area
  • Experience with providing support to DoD or IC programs/projects or systems in development and or under test
  • Experience supporting distribution, assignment and tracking and transportation of equipment, system hardware and components
  • Experience in a variety of logistics, administrative tasks including supply management, travel coordination, workspace management
  • Experience in providing logistics, equipment transportation and operations support for an executive office    
  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Office applications

Security:

  • Active US Issued Clearance at level Top Secret or higher is required

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
