The Operations Analyst will work from the corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD, reporting directly to the Sr Director, Strategy & Growth. Responsible for supporting Window Nation's Operations and Senior Management teams, this role will be responsible for data input and integrity, analysis and reporting of operating statistics, and providing insight and recommendations to Management.
Window Nation is a rapidly growing organization and is currently located in business markets across the NorthEast, MidAtlantic, MidWest, SouthWest, and West regions. The company plans on doubling in size within the next five years. This position is integral in the implementation of efficient and sustainable operations practices at the direction and collaboration with the Operations Leadership team.
Core Role Responsibilities
Manage operational data integrity across various systems and data models
Generate and analyze information utilizing various reporting tools including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365 and other reports generated by internal and external stakeholders
Prepare financial and statistical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Support operations team by performing strategic business analysis to accelerate the growth and profitability of a rapidly growing company in a fast-paced environment
Identify opportunities for improving processes through analysis and assist in the development of sound business processes
Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
Work with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Dynamics CRM, Business Objects)
Collect, analyze, and input operational data into CRM
Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred; AND 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written capacities to varying levels of leadership.
Desire to improve processes and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across varying levels of leadership and departments
Ability to work with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Dynamics CRM, Business Objects)
Ability to handle confidential information
