With coverage in 150+ countries, 800+ airports, and more than 1,500 transfer companies in our network, Transferz is truly global. Our ambition is to become the market leader in ground transportation worldwide, and we are looking for an Operations Analyst Intern to help us achieve this goal!

Role: Operations Analyst Intern
Location: Amsterdam (Office-based possibilities of 1 home-office day per week)

Duration: At least 6 months
Start Date: 01 February 2026 or 1 March 2026

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Understand and analyze the day-to-day issues our business faces using data
🤝 Work closely with Destination Managers to analyze daily operations (ride volumes, quality performance, capacity planning, price configurations)
📊 Compile and analyze data related to business issues
📈 Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
💡 Pioneer process improvement initiatives where there are inefficiencies or bottlenecks

Qualifications:

🎓 Currently enrolled in University, studying Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
🇳🇱 Based in The Netherlands (Amsterdam, Randstad, Rotterdam, Utrecht area)
🧩 A problem-solving, get-things-done attitude
📊 Data analysis experience (past courses in SQL / R / Python and strong willingness to learn)
🖥️ Experience working with Excel
📅 Available full-time
📆 Available for at least 6 months
