Operations Analyst

We are reinforcing an operational team responsible for managing material service providers in the Auto and Property segments, including repair networks, rent-a-car providers, and assistance partners.

As a Operations Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Perform hands-on operations work and execution support

• Monitor and follow up on projects on a daily basis

• Analyze quantitative data related to operations, costs, and performance

• Prepare regular reporting and operational dashboards

• Support cost control and efficiency initiatives

• Work closely with internal teams to absorb and apply existing know-how

• Contribute to the execution of strategic projects, particularly in the Auto segment

Requirements

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• A degree in Engineering (any specialty), valued for structured thinking.

• 1+ years of experience in Analysis/Consultant roles

• Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail

• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reporting

• Structured, reliable, and execution-oriented

• Able to work in complex, fast-paced environments

• Hands-on profile who enjoys supporting teams and making things happen

• Experience in operations, analytics, project support, insurance, automotive, or similar environments is a plus
