PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master Database – Own and maintain the T-Brewery Master Database ensuring it is kept up to date through facilitating with all departments to capture the relevant content
- T-Brewery Communications – Accountable for all comms to the T-Brewery network on behalf of Chatime Support Office.
- Central Store Support – Be the central support for general T-Brewery queries working with all departments in support office to obtain solutions and resolve in a timely manner
- T-Brewery Issues Register – Own and maintain the issue register on behalf of the operations field team
- Travel Bookings – Manage all travel booking requirements on behalf of the Operations team
- Operational Reporting – Collate all field reporting (QCC/Balanced Scorecard etc), organize on shared drive and provide consolidated reporting to field team. Data entry and management
- Onboarding of new employees – organize onboarding of new ops team members including equipment, access to systems, setting up meet and greets etc.
- Expense – Organise ops team to have all expense claims completed and sent through for sign off. Raise Purchase Orders for all purchases in the team and corporate T-Brewery purchases
- Documents & Templates – Create word/powerpoint templates for wider the business

- Computer Literate – Intermediate/advanced levels in all windows programs
