We’re looking for an Operational Oversight Manager to join our team at L&G Asset Management Europe. This is a key role ensuring robust oversight of fund valuations, regulatory compliance, and supplier performance. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of governance and operational control, while contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing fund valuations and unit pricing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Managing operational controls and identifying areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with third-party administrators to ensure timely and accurate data provision
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance and investigating potential breaches
  • Producing board reports and presenting insights to senior leadership
  • Managing budgets and monitoring expenses across funds and corporate accounts
  • Conducting supplier due diligence and maintaining outsourcing registers
  • Leading, motivating and developing team members to achieve performance goals

Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience, with professional qualifications desirable
  • Strong knowledge of investment funds, financial markets and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in fund oversight, governance and operational risk management
  • Ability to analyse complex data and implement effective controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in presenting to senior management and responding constructively to challenges
  • Strong decision-making skills with a risk-aware approach
  • Commitment to integrity, fairness and high standards of market conduct
