Collaborate with the commercial team to prepare customer quotations with the most competitive pricing.
Support the commercial team in creating Sales Orders (SO) while ensuring optimal pricing for customers.
Identify and recommend the most efficient logistics options based on product quantity, supplier location, and customer destination.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and suppliers to ensure smooth operational flow and timely deliveries.

Fresh graduate with a D4/S1 degree in any major; Business, Mathematics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a beginner level is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of basic to intermediate mathematical calculations and strong interest in working with numbers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in managing data and operational information.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced operational environment.
