Responsibilities
_Research & establish operating processes for new customer-requested services, especially B2B.
_Handle interrelated emergencies, notably between WH and Freight (backhaul & linehaul).
_Create horizontal links with Ops to keep operations smooth.
_Conduct fieldwork & capture key project facts when needed.
_Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader.

Xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp liên quan, đặc biệt giữa Kho và Vận tải (Backhaul & LineHaul).
Tạo kết nối ngang với bộ phận vận hành để duy trì hoạt động trơn tru.
Khảo sát hiện trường, thu thập dữ liệu dự án khi cần.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng nhóm.
Requirements
_At least 1 year in Operation logistics, Warehouse ....
_Bachelor's degree
_Communication and negotiation skills.
_Integrity and process-driven and customer-service mindset.
_Have logical thinking and critical thinking skills
_Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
