Operation Executive – Forex Industry

Position Overview

Join a high growth forex brokerage and take ownership of core operational functions. This role sits at the center of client onboarding, payments, and platform operations, working closely with sales, dealing, and risk teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting a secure trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & CRM

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC verification and account activation

• Monitor the full client lifecycle from registration to first deposit

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems

• Manage IB and CPA campaigns, including setup and tracking

• Ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience

Monitoring & Risk Support

• Identify and flag suspicious accounts or activities

• Support risk and dealing teams with operational insights

• Contribute to maintaining a controlled and compliant trading environment

Platform & Account Operations

• Set up and manage IB and CPA commission structures

• Configure account settings including leverage and group allocations

• Assist with PAMM and copy trading setups

• Resolve platform and operational issues in a timely manner

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, retention, dealing, and compliance teams

• Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments

• Follow internal SOPs and contribute to process improvements

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily reports on deposits, withdrawals, and client activity

• Track operational metrics and highlight key issues

• Provide clear and structured updates to management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a forex or CFD brokerage environment

• Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems

• Solid knowledge of onboarding and payment workflows

• Basic understanding of trading behavior and risk indicators

• Strong Excel and data handling skills
