The Opportunity

We are looking for an Operating Partner to join our leadership team. This role is a unique hybrid, blending hands-on portfolio operations with M&A execution. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will play an important role in scaling our platform. You will be a driver of success across our portfolio companies as a board member, guiding leaders through complex strategic and deal execution challenges. At the same time, you will help lead our entrepreneur recruitment by identifying, vetting, and backing our future leaders. This is a high-ownership role for a builder who is excited to scale a unique investment platform.

What You'll Drive

Portfolio & Board Governance: You will guide our portfolio companies in developing clear, board-approved strategic plans and the right systems to track performance, sitting on boards where you can add the most value.
Deal Execution & Support: You will guide our entrepreneurs in navigating M&A processes, stepping in when needed to support them with advisers and investors to get deals over the line.
Entrepreneur Selection: You will help lead our strategic plan for new entrepreneur identification, playing a critical role in sourcing, vetting, and ultimately backing the high-potential leaders we partner with.
CEO & Entrepreneur Partnership: You will serve as a trusted advisor for our portfolio CEOs and active entrepreneurs, helping them navigate their toughest strategic challenges, from deal execution to post-acquisition operations.

Requirements

Sharp Analytical Rigor: You can synthesize financial and operational data quickly, spot what matters, and provide structured, data-driven advice.
Systems & Process-Builder: You are a natural builder. You see ambiguous or complex processes and instinctively turn them into clean, scalable playbooks.
Talent Assessor: You have a proven ability to identify and vet high-potential leaders, looking past a resume to accurately assess their core attributes and potential for success.
