Our Network Development team is growing and we’re always keen to meet people with experience in site acquisition, partnerships, or infrastructure projects who want to help shape the future of clean transport.

We’re active in 9 countries (and counting!), so whether your background is in urban planning, real estate, public partnerships, or renewables, your ideas could help us find the perfect spots for our next stations.

What your future team is all about!

At Fastned, our Network Development team leads the charge in building Europe’s best fast-charging network. We scout and secure the most strategic, visible, and accessible locations in high-traffic areas to host our stations. Along the way, we work closely with local authorities, landowners, developers, and partners to deliver a charging experience that’s not only functional but also future-proof.

What we’re looking for

We welcome applications from ambitious graduates as well as seasoned professionals with backgrounds in network development, real estate, or infrastructure. If you're passionate about sustainable mobility and excited by the idea of shaping Europe’s EV charging landscape through smart location choices, we’d love to hear from you!

You might be someone who:

• Has a sharp eye for spotting the perfect site

• Enjoys negotiating win-win partnerships

• Navigates permitting and regulatory processes with confidence

• Thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment

We’re especially interested in people who bring:

• A deal-making mindset and strong commercial acumen

• Proven negotiation skills, and feel comfortable working with both government authorities and private landowners

• An understanding of commercial and financial concepts or a strong willingness to learn

• Excellent communication skills in English, plus bonus points for other European languages

• A mission-driven attitude: you’re motivated by creating a cleaner, greener world
