Onsite IT Support (Part-time, Menges/Ljubljana, Slovenian/English, 1/2L Support)

We are looking for an on-site Support Technician to join our dynamically growing and international organization. This role will provide IT support EITHER full time across two locations—50% in Ljubljana and 50% in Mengeš OR part time 50% in one of these locations. Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient onsite technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong client relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of hardware and software.
• Work closely with the remote support team and other IT staff to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a field service capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
• Ability to lift and carry computer equipment, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
• Fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
