About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating an incredible workplace experience - someone who keeps things running smoothly, supports others with a smile, and brings great energy to our Melbourne hub. As part of our People Experience (PX) team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building a connected, welcoming and efficient workplace.
Based in our Melbourne office in Cremorne, You’ll be central to the day‑to‑day experience of our people - from supporting events and managing vendors, to helping with basic tech troubleshooting and making sure the office feels like a great place to be. You’ll also play a part in supporting our internal communities and engagement initiatives, helping bring cultural, social and team‑building moments to life across the office.
What will keep you busy...
Delivering an engaging, supportive and seamless workplace experience for everyone who walks through our doors
Being the friendly face of the office - helping with enquiries, meeting room support and daily operations
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth, positive transitions
Managing office supplies, consumables and IT equipment so everything stays stocked and working
Providing basic tech support for devices, meeting rooms and access systems, and escalating to DX when needed
Helping activate internal events and community activities, working closely with PX and Events
Collaborating with your fellow OX Specialist to share workload, maintain coverage and deliver a consistently great onsite experience
What we'd love to see from you...
Experience in a customer‑facing, reception, workplace or business support role (corporate or similar environment preferred)
Warm, confident communication skills and a naturally helpful, proactive approach
A passion for building connection and supporting internal communities and social initiatives
Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting - or the willingness and curiosity to learn
The ability to stay calm and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
A continuous improvement mindset - you spot opportunities, fix what’s not working and make things better for everyone
