The Professional Services function operates under a trusted partner model similar to HubSpot or Salesforce, where partners independently deliver implementation and setup services after an initial handoff.

Role Overview

We are looking for driven and tech-savvy Professional Services Specialist to deliver professional services to our clients, set up the app features based on their workflows, integrate the app with other platforms, and migrate data from existing tools into the app.

Responsibilities  

• Comfortable working directly with customers daily, with up to 5 meetings a day.
• Able to manage their own time and workload, including availability aligned with North American clients.
• Brings positive, high-energy presence to meetings- customer-centric, engaged, and focused on creating a great client experience.
• Acts with professional integrity, respecting data, boundaries, and agreed processes at all times.

Requirements 

 Must Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another related field. 
• 1+ year of experience in a SaaS company. 
• Native-level English proficiency. 
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. 
• Very tech-savvy – able to understand workflows, translate business needs into system setups, and explain solutions clearly.
• Excellent communicator – native-level English, able to lead meetings, train clients, and explain concepts simply and effectively.
• Strong client-facing experience – confident representing the company as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in every interaction.
• Structured problem solver – capable of analyzing a client’s operation, identifying the right setup, and implementing it efficiently.
• Detail-oriented – documents work thoroughly, prepares for meetings, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
