This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position with a 2 pm GMT start time.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Finishing, versioning, and mastering localized marketing materials.
  • Organize, track, and maintain project documentation and status reports.
  • Perform quality control on timelines, input assets, and final outputs.
  • Manage files across production servers, client review systems, and archives.
  • Create master templates and train editors & assistant editors on their use.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of editing experience in a creative environment or demonstrate equivalent expertise.

  • Advanced knowledge of UHD, HD, and SD post-production workflows, file types, frame rates, transcodes, color standards, audio formats, and delivery specs.
  • Experience with titles, credits, motion graphics, and basic VFX.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in business English.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends to meet deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and collaborative approach.
  • Forward-thinking and adaptable to emerging tools, technologies, and practices.
