One Identity Manager Engineer

Join the IAM team with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using One Identity Manager.
You will manage identity lifecycle processes, application integrations, and governance workflows, contributing to a secure and compliant IAM environment.

Your key tasks 

• Operate, maintain, and evolve One Identity Manager platforms
• Design, implement, and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes
• Manage workflows, role models, access policies, and certifications
• Integrate applications and target systems into the IGA platform
• Maintain synchronization, mappings, and job server operations
• Contribute to access control governance for privileged and non-privileged identities
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L2/L3 support
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks aligned with audit and compliance requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
• Solid background in Identity Governance / IGA
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, and authentication concepts
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong documentation mindset and compliance awareness
• Fluent English

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Knowledge of  One Identity Safeguard
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible
• Italian
