The Team
We are actively seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a unique opportunity to join a growing team working with our flagship product FlexTRADER, a highly customisable multi-asset class execution management system used by some of the largest investment banks and hedge funds in the world. The role represents an excellent opportunity to gain experience in dealing with high-profile contacts, cutting-edge technology and the financial services industry.
About You
The candidate will be part of the Onboarding team (Client Services) and exposed to all asset classes (Equities, Futures and Options, Fixed Income and FX) and all types of flow (Cash, DMA, Algos, Portfolio Trading, IOIs …). You will interact with clients and brokers to build solutions and maintain our FlexLINK FIX network.
Responsibilities
Buy-Side/Sell-Side Onboarding: Build and set up new FIX sessions to connect FlexTrade clients and brokers/exchanges.
On-board client and broker connections to our FlexLINK FIX network.
Onboard existing clients with new destinations and for new asset classes.
Work with development and Implementation teams to design and deploy new features for our clients.
Perform certification testing with providers across multiple asset classes and flows.
Maintain technical documentations.
Work with production support and network teams for resolution of production issues.
Help building tools to support client integrations.
Provide support to FlexTrade clients globally and advise on questions and queries.
Liaise with clients/brokers to interpret queries for root cause analysis and propose appropriate workarounds and solutions
