About the Role

Nestify is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support the UAE market, based in the Philippines. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of new properties into Nestify’s portfolio, ensuring that each property is prepared, activated and fully aligned with Nestify’s operational and quality standards.

This role is accountable for ensuring all new properties are onboarded accurately, on time and in line with Nestify operational requirements, setting the foundation for long-term performance and strong landlord relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from handover to go-live
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords during the onboarding phase
  • Coordinate property readiness including photography, key handovers and setup tasks
  • Support landlords with onboarding documentation and operational requirements
  • List new properties across relevant platforms and internal systems
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to align onboarding timelines and requirements
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, onboarding checklists and issue resolution
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all properties meet Nestify standards
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation
  • Identify and resolve onboarding issues to minimise delays to go-live

Requirements and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and onboarding projects concurrently
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in property management, hospitality or real estate is advantageous

Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 to 18:00 (UAE Time)
  • Location: Remote – Philippines
  • Contract Type: Full-Time (Freelance)
