Proficiency in English (C1 or above)
Customer-orientated approach
Good time management and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment
Previous experience in customer service
Understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry
Fluency in another language
Communicate with clients in English/Bulgarian
Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email
Review, analyze, and verify client onboarding documents
Input and validate client data
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on new clients
Channel client’s feedback
Working on a 24/7 schedule, organized in shifts
