Support the People Onboarding team by managing communications, tracking attendance, and guiding new hires through onboarding milestones to ensure a seamless start.
We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Onboarding Coordinator (Contract) to support our People Onboarding team during periods of onboarding growth. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent new hire experience by managing onboarding communications, tracking attendance and training completion, and proactively guiding new hires through early onboarding milestones. This is an execution focused role designed to provide administrative and coordination support to the onboarding function.
