**This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA, Canada, Europe and several locations in India.


We are looking for a skilled Onboarding Analyst


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the business rule engine for each customer
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
  • Own billing analysis and related reporting
  • Provide timely financial and business analysis to stakeholders and partners
  • Develop and maintain clear KPIs and reporting for workflows and processes
  • Participate in regular leadership and team meetings to surface issues and propose solutions
  • Work within an Agile/SCRUM framework (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
  • Use Jira daily to create, update, and track tickets with clear status, context, and acceptance criteria
  • Document work, decisions, and processes in Confluence, keeping pages current and organized
  • Follow existing process documentation and help refine it as tools and needs evolve
  • Proactively identify process gaps and drive measurable improvements
    Communicate proactively and asynchronously to keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and blockers
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, business, or economics
  • SQL and JSON experience (required)
  • Strong analytical skills; able to work with large, complex data sets with high accuracy
  • Clear, concise verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar) for ticket lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence (or similar) for documentation and knowledge management
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practices and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with process improvement (identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing changes)
  • Comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and proactive communication in distributed teams
  • Additional technical skills are a plus
