ANNA Money is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our new customers. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the setup process, addressing any concerns, and ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise our products effectively.
Our Onboarding Team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM, delivering personalised assistance to our new clients, including small businesses and freelancers who may need additional patience and guidance as they embark on their new business journey.
We are seeking a talented, innovative, and self-motivated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer support to become part of our growing team.

We support working from home, but encourage office collaboration. Employees are required to work from the office at least once a week and attend all in-person meetings or training sessions.
