Imagery Analyst (FMV) / ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) ***MULTIPLE OPENINGS***

Position Description: CSG Solutions is seeking to fill multiple positions within its ISR PED package; one for Imagery Analyst (FMV) and one for ISR Tactical Controllers (ITC).  ISR PED Analysts support a combination of intelligence requirements ranging from standard IPOE to developing high suspence actionable intelligence. PED operations are dynamic and surge between Foreign Internal Defense (FID), Counter Terrorism (CT), and Counter Insurgency (COIN).Both positions require manadatory deployments to the Continent of Africa for 60 days (two months). Successful candidates will deploy for 60 (two months) on and 60 days off (two months) and must adhere to medical requirements.

The CSG ITC is CSG's senior PED position. The CSG ITC will be expected to provide detailed, real time call outs of FMV from manned, airborne platforms; interface and effectively communicate with intelligence and operations elements, in addition to serve as the Tactical Operation Center's (TOC) interface with Payload Operators. CSG ITC's are expected to  be able to suggest collection strategies and articulate proper sensor employment when called upon. 

The CSG Imagery Analyst (FMV) will be expected to provide second phase intelligence products of FMV in support of  theater JTF /CTF. CSG Imagery Analysts must conduct all-source research, analysis & build fused intelligence products to develop pattern-of -life analysis. 

All candidates must have operational and/or tactical level intelligence experience to include knowledge in the fields of HVI targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. Analysts will be expected to produce extremely detailed analytical products to build Patterns of Life (POL) and target descriptions. In addition, analysts will be conducting Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and employing traditional Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) tradecraft.candidates will possess four to six (6) years of experience in the intelligence community with at least three years of ISR support in the Special Operations community.  In addition to airborne FMV, all candidates must be familiar with and capable of exploiting traditional forms of imagery such as but not limited to: Commercial Satellite Imagery and National Technical Means (NTM).

ISR Tactical Controller: 

 ITC Education Requirements:

• Must have sucessfully completed ITC course 
• Must have successfully completed an Imagery training course from a recognized DOD or Intelligence agency Imagery analyst training program.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years of GEOINT Analytical experience within DOD or the Intelligence Community

ITC Desired Experience:

• Minimum of six (6) years of FMV experience
• Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in 
• Two (2) deployments to Combat Zone supporting CJSOTF or JSOTF COIN/CT operations
• Experience providing real time operationally support via tools such as but not limited to: Mirc Chat & Two way tactical communications
• Must have demonstrable experience talking over tactical communications
• Conversant with ISR remote split operations
• Incorporating Multi-source analysis into Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) of Airborne ISR assets
• Creating & Producing Full Motion Video Pre and Post Mission Products
• Have a minimum of six years (6) of Intelligence experience with a minimum of three years intelligence experience supporting SOF and/or Counter Terrorism Operations.
• Arc GIS & Arc GIS Rover Tools

Imagery Analyst (FMV) Education Requirements:

• Must have successfully completed an Imagery training course from a recognized DOD or Intelligence agency Imagery analyst training program OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years of GEOINT Analytical experience within DOD or the Intelligence Community

Imagery Analyst (FMV) Desired Experience:

• Experience providing real time operationally support via tools such as but not limited to: Mirc Chat & Two way tactical communications
• Utilizing video capture tools to create standard PED products
• Incorporating Multi-source fusion into PED analysis & products
• Creating & Producing Full Motion Video Pre and Post Mission Products
• Arc GIS & Arc GIS Rover Tools
