What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain AI applications using Python and the latest AI frameworks
- Build intelligent agents and automation tools leveraging vector databases and unstructured data
- Collaborate on machine learning model evaluation and iterate for performance
- Participate in code reviews and help uphold best practices
- Document clean, scalable code and technical solutions
Your Technical Background
- 1-3 years of hands-on Python programming experience with solid software development fundamentals
- Familiarity or interest in LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and vector databases like ChromaDB or Pinecone
- Experience with prompt engineering and large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
- Understanding of model evaluation, overfitting/underfitting, and embeddings
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and semantic search
- Knowledge of API integrations, microservices, and version control systems
