Omni-Channel Production Assistant

As we evolve from a digitally native brand into a true omni-channel presence, opening physical doors and forging new wholesale partnerships, we’re looking for a meticulously organized Omni-Channel Production Assistant to help us navigate this next chapter. 

Reporting to our Production Manager, you’ll be the engine room of our supply chain, coordinating the journey of our apparel and footwear from the factory floor to our partners’ shelves, by supporting purchase order tracking and maintaining cross-functional communication with suppliers and internal teams.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire.

Responsibilities

  • Own omni-channel production coordination across multiple categories, including sample management, PO management, and vendor and internal CFT follow-ups, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met
  • Submit and track purchase orders and coordinate updates required to POs with cross-functional partners, including cost changes, delivery changes, etc. 
  • Create, update, and maintain production WIP reports 
  • Track and coordinate 3rd party quality inspections as needed
  • Oversee the validation of all product packaging and ticketing prior to shipment; ensure strict adherence to retailer-specific requirements and internal brand guidelines to optimize warehouse receiving efficiency
  • Coordinate sample handoffs and manage sample tracking for photoshoots and wholesale sales meetings
  • Own TOP sample intake, review, and approvals prior to bulk shipment 
  • Work with the internal Brand Operations  team and vendor partners to coordinate the setup of all bulk shipments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in production coordination within apparel, footwear, accessories, or consumer goods
  • Experience working with overseas vendors and understanding of production timelines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple styles, categories, and deadlines
  • A strong, proactive communicator who builds trust with internal teams and factory partners, providing daily/weekly status updates without being prompted
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, experience with PLM/ERP a plus (e.g. Centric, PLM, Backbone, Netsuite, etc.)
