We're seeking a detail-oriented Omni-channel Logistics Associate to support both our rapidly growing retail business, as well as DTC (Shopify + Amazon FBA) channels. You’ll partner across Retail, DTC, Operations, Demand Planning, Finance and 3PL partners to drive operational excellence across all channels, managing seamless order flow, ensuring smooth operations and optimal inventory management - including end-to-end logistics process for our retail partners. 

This is a full-time, in-person/hybrid role (Tues, Weds, Thurs in office) based in Tribeca, NYC.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process across all channels - including DTC (Shopify), Retail, and Amazon FBA
  • Manage POs, monitor EDI transactions, and track order status - communicating issues proactively and troubleshooting fulfillment errors
  • Own order and inventory management – scheduling transfers, validating receipt/lot discrepancies and details, mimicking movement of inventory systematically
  • Monitor key KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, inventory allocation, Amazon metrics, etc) 
  • Create and manage Amazon FBA inbound shipments and replenishment planning efforts
  • Partner with 3PLs to ensure vendor and SLA compliance
  • Communicate partner or PO specific call outs/concerns to proper teams internally and externally by tracking and reporting key logistics metrics including fill rates, on-time delivery, order accuracy, order status, etc
  • Maintain system cleanliness and accurate inventory data across WMS and ERP systems
  • Partner with IT to troubleshoot EDI errors, system integrations, and inventory discrepancies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while taking clear ownership of assigned projects and deliverables
  • Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or EDI systems
  • Familiarity with Shopify, SPS Commerce, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, or marketplace analytics tools
  • Experience in food, beverage, or CPG
  • Familiarity with subscription fulfillment models

Magic Spoon intends to offer competitive base pay within the stated range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. To further compensate and recognize our employees for their work, our total compensation package includes equity and a robust benefits package. The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $67,000-$75,000.
