Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Source and mobilize blue-collar and white-collar candidates (technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers, etc.) for client requirements.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of agents, sub-agents, training institutes, and technical colleges across India.

  • Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.), social media, and field visits to identify and attract candidates.

  • Conduct field visits and recruitment drives in different states as needed to ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled manpower.

  • Coordinate screening, interviews, trade tests, and selection of candidates as per client needs.

Coordination & Operations:

  • Work closely with the internal HR and operations teams to ensure timely mobilization and placement of candidates.

  • Maintain an updated database of available candidates and recruitment partners by trade, skill, and location.

  • Help boost placement numbers through proactive sourcing and continuous follow-ups.

  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Networking & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and manage relationships with placement agents, technical training centers, and industry networks.

  • Identify and onboard new sourcing partners in untapped regions to expand reach.

  • Maintain strong rapport with field recruiters and candidates to build long-term trust and reliability.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 2–5 years in blue/white collar recruitment, preferably in engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or construction sectors.

  • Proven experience in field sourcing and candidate mobilization from different states of India.

  • Strong network and contacts with local agents, manpower suppliers, and technical institutes.

  • Good knowledge of online job portals and sourcing platforms.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel for field recruitment drives across India when required.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, email communication).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Any Discipline (HR or related field preferred).

  • Candidates from recruitment agencies, EPC, or construction manpower supply background preferred.

  • Candidates residing near Naigaon / Vasai / Virar will be given priority.
