Job Summary:

The Offsite SharePoint Developer designs, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains SharePoint applications and solutions. This role ensures all products meet Section 508 Priority 1/Level A accessibility standards and leverages ITIL best practices to serve as the primary Tier 2 SharePoint support, while also providing Tier 1 and ETMS2 backup support as needed.


Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, workflows, forms, and automations.

· Architect and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content structures.

· Build modern SharePoint applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

· Conduct testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of SharePoint solutions.

· Ensure all developed solutions meet Section 508 (Priority 1/Level A) compliance requirements.

· Serve as the primary Tier 2 SharePoint support, troubleshooting SharePoint, Power Platform, and integration issues.

· Provide Tier 1 and ETMS2 backup support to ensure operational continuity.

· Apply ITIL service management principles to ticket handling and process documentation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong SharePoint development expertise (modern SharePoint Online preferred).

· Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.

· Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and intuitive site structures.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.

· Understanding of ITIL service management processes and ticket workflows.

· Ability to work independently in an offsite NIPR environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and related technologies.


Desired Skills/Experience:

· Experience supporting or administering ETMS2 environments.

· Experience with governance, compliance, and security best practices within M365.

· Experience with migration tools or SharePoint modernization initiatives.

· Familiarity with federal or DoD environments.


Minimum Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

· 5+ years SharePoint development experience.

· Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification required.

· 2+ years ETMS2 experience.


Job Stipulations:

· Must be able to work from an offsite environment.

· Must maintain a clean, quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

· Able to support an 8-hour shift between 0700–1600 EST.

· Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance (if required by project).


Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer workstation.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
