Offshore Netcracker Consultant

InnovationTeam is looking for a skilled Offshore Netcracker Consultant for Telecom to join our expanding team. As an Offshore Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert support and consultation on Netcracker solutions tailored for the telecommunications sector. Your expertise will play a critical role in delivering value and optimizing our clients' operations.

In this position, you will:

• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Netcracker solutions to meet their specific business needs.
• Collaborate with on-site consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for implementing and configuring Netcracker products.
• Participate in system integration, data migration, and application development efforts.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions to enhance system performance.
• Support user training and documentation initiatives to ensure effective use of Netcracker solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new developments in Netcracker offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Netcracker RBM / NRM / Telecom Billing Systems
• Solid understanding of telecommunications processes, including billing, service management, and network management.
• Knowledge of Java, Scripting, Oracle DB, SQL and PL-SQL
• Familiarity with Telco BSS/OSS Architecture
• Understanding of Billing, Rating, Invoicing Logic
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Netcracker applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with on-site teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with integration methodologies and tools within telecom systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
