Role Summary
We’re looking for a School Marketing Outreach Coordinator who thrives in the community—building relationships with schools, preschools, and local organizations and turning partnerships into real enrollment outcomes. This role owns the “front door” of local growth: outreach strategy, school relationship development, on-site events, and building a small field outreach team.
Key Responsibilities
1) Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain partnerships with local schools , daycare centers and community organizations
- Coordinate outreach efforts across school districts in the Bay Area
- Serve as a key point of contact between Think Academy and education partners
2) Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute school-based events such as Math Nights, workshops, and info sessions
- Represent Think Academy at tabling events, school fairs, and community activities
- Manage event logistics, materials, and on-site coordination
3) Marketing & Enrollment Support
- Promote Think Academy programs to parents and students through in-person engagement
- Support lead generation and follow-up to drive enrollment growth
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align outreach strategies
4) Brand Awareness & Local Presence
- Increase Think Academy’s visibility within local education communities
- Identify new outreach opportunities and partnerships to expand reach
- Gather feedback from families and schools to improve outreach effectiveness
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple relationships and event logistics
- Comfortable working weekends and being on-site at schools/events

Experience working with schools, PTAs, preschools, or youth/community organizations
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus (not required)
- Open to teaching in the future
- Familiarity with Silicon Valley school communities or local parent networks
- Experience training/managing a team is a plus
