Challenges you'll tackle:  

  • Answer phone calls and general inbox messages by providing friendly, timely responses
  • Greet and assist guests, maintain a professional front-desk environment
  • Enter data accurately into company systems, spreadsheets, or databases
  • Prepare, manage, and archive contracts and internal documents
  • Oversee office maintenance, including supplies, repairs, and shared spaces
  • Assist employees with practical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and schedules for smooth and cost-efficient business trips
  • Take initiative in planning internal meetings, team gatherings, and other events to strengthen company culture

Requirements

Skills for success:  

  • Secondary or higher education, preferably in administration or business 
  • Experience in office support or customer service 
  • Solid MS Office skills and general computer literacy 
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry 
  • Basic understanding of document management 
  • Ability to organize events and coordinate travels 
  • Proactivity, adaptability, professionalism, and strong communication skills 
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English Languages

For this position, we offer 1 477 € - 2 454 €/month gross salary.
