Office Shift Supervisor supports the local team by keeping workflows organized and priorities clear in New York. The role is part of Keller Executive Search’s internal organization and with structured processes and room to improve how work gets done. Day-to-day work includes practical problem solving, clear communication, and measurable progress on defined goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action logs; drive closure on assignments.
• Create simple reporting that helps leaders make timely decisions.
• Support team planning, scheduling, and follow-through across active workstreams.
• Assist with onboarding and internal communications for the local office.
• Use tools such as Slack to track work, report progress, and maintain documentation.
Requirements
• Clear written communication and confident stakeholder interaction.
• Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior experience coordinating teams or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience coaching peers or coordinating small teams to deliver outcomes on time.
• Comfort using Microsoft 365 or similar tools in day-to-day work.
