Key Responsibilities:

  • Uzraudzīt un pasūtīt kancelejas preces, pārtiku un ūdeni; sagatavot izdevumu atskaites.
  • Palīdzēt ar nekustamā īpašuma jautājumiem un biroja būvniecības/mēbeļu uzdevumiem.
  • Uzturēt administratīvos ierakstus (piem., autostāvvietas) un saskaņot biroja pasūtījumus.
  • Apmācīt jaunus komandas locekļus un aizvietot kolēģus prombūtnes laikā.
  • Nodrošināt atbilstību uzņēmuma politikām un risināt klientu problēmas.
  • Secondary education
  • Good knowledge of English and Latvian for performing job duties – working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments.
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service, administration, or any other related field
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy and attention to details
  • The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks
  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
  • Multitasking- flexible and adaptable approach to work, the ability to work with fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • The ability to work independently and in a team, great communication skills.
