Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation through digital footprint-enabled data science and machine learning models.
Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.
Since 2020, our business has expanded to 6 countries, surpassed 10 million visits every month to our brands and reached profitability.

As we enter the next phase in our growth journey, we are looking for an Office & People Operations Specialist. You will be in charge of making Jeff HQ office have that magic touch feeling & ensure team members can gladly call Jeff their second home.
You will:
Take care of all things our HQ office in Riga, starting from basics like supplies and order, ending with those magical touches to make our premises feel special in all sorts of good ways
Ensure employees are provided with all necessary equipment and tools to do the best possible work
Play an important role in all things employee onboarding
Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing employee contracts and agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation across HR and office-related processes
Take an active role related to all things team building events - both offline and online, as we are a distributed team
Assist with all things related to employee business trips - both going abroad, as well as non-local people visiting our Riga HQ
Propose ideas and initiatives to improve overall employee experience and team environment
If interested, partake in tasks and items related to recruitment
You have:
Excellent level of Latvian and English, both written and spoken
Readiness to work full time from the office
Natural ability to be highly organized and structured
High sense of responsibility and outstanding planning capabilities
Ability to strike a conversation with just about anyone
Readiness to work in a lowkey chaotic environment (we are a startup after all) & tame the chaos from time to time, where appropriate
