Office & People Operations Coordinator (Contract – 6 months)

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our People team. This role plays an important part in maintaining a smooth day-to-day office experience while supporting employee onboarding and internal events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a positive and well-run workplace.

Office & Workplace Experience

• Support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring spaces are organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Act as a point of contact for office-related needs and coordinate with vendors when required
• Help maintain a welcoming and well-functioning work environment

Employee Experience & Onboarding

• Support onboarding logistics to ensure new hires have a smooth first-day experience
• Coordinate setup and help ensure employees have what they need to get started
• Assist with employee experience initiatives across the office

Events & Culture

• Support the planning and execution of internal events (team events, 5 à 7, office moments)
• Help coordinate logistics, vendors, and setup
• Contribute to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team as needed
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day requests

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, events, or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of day-to-day tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-office environment
• Reliable and responsive, with a strong sense of accountability
