What you'll do

  • Organize and coordinate business travel, including accommodation bookings, transfers, and preparation of travel itineraries;

  • Maintain and optimize the office environment - liaise with vendors and manage office supplies and equipment;

  • Proactively manage and improve administrative processes;

  • Perform operational tasks assigned by the direct manager;

  • Work both collaboratively within a team and independently handle emerging tasks and situations.

What you need to have

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative position; experience in a travel agency/company or hands-on experience organizing business travel will be considered an advantage;

  • Highly organized and execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail;

  • Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, responsibility, and reliability;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (candidates should not be enrolled in full-time studies at the moment);

  • Working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
