POSITION OVERVIEW

The position will support the Office by overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. It will ensure that all employees and clients receive the very best culture experience at Stream Data Centers. Additionally, the position will be responsible for managing both Headquarters offices (Frisco & Dallas), creating efficiencies and processes that deliver first-class service to our clients and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for guest arrival, following necessary security procedures for check in and verification  
  • Responsible for daily operations of the office; orienting and maintaining office equipment, distribution of mail 
  • Manage all office and kitchen supply orders for 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail 
  • Daily mail distribution including USPS including digital mail processing and overnight packages following all security and accounting procedures as necessary 
  • Provide onsite notary services for the team as needed 
  • Assist accounting team with check scanning/printing and mailing 
  • Provide FedEx support to onsite team by printing labels and packaging as needed  
  • Maintain and order furniture/equipment as needed 
  • Liaison between building management and Head Quarter Offices 
  • Maintain office contracts 
  • Manage reserved parking for employees 
  • Setup systems and procedures as required 
  • Coordinate with Corporate IT department on computers, phones, copiers, printers 
  • Manage document and supply storage 
  • Assist in planning and set up of annual potlucks, lunches and other events as needed  
  • Ensuring office is neat and organized 
  • Assist with setup of large conference room meetings with supplies, meals and equipment as needed. 
  • Assist team members when needed with scheduling conference rooms 

MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field  
  • 3+ years’ experience in office administration or management role 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with staff at all levels, clients, and vendors. 
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software 
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail 
  • Leadership ability and a proactive, approachable demeanor to build positive relationships 
  • Must be able to grasp, seize, hold and turn objects, reach at, above or below shoulder level to retrieve or utilize materials, pull, push, open and close file drawers, cabinets or office doors, squat, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, general housekeeping, unloading, stocking 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field  
  • Current Notary or ability to obtain a notary upon hire 
  • Understanding of accounting principles, budgeting and accounts payable/receivable 

Base range $75,000- $90,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
