Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and productive workplace.
  • Manage and process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
  • Maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate administrative support functions such as scheduling, documentation management, and office supplies.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff and ensure smooth workflow within the office.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and workplace regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding paperwork and benefits documentation.
  • Monitor office expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and office events when needed.
  • Support leadership with operational and administrative projects as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting and finance
  • 5+ years experience in Office management, accounting, finance, vendor management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management abilities and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
