DESCRIPTION

The Office Manager will support Aetion’s Boston Office. This will include Office Management support of our office located in the heart of the city. Day to day support tasks include visitor management, building management collaboration, as well as onsite meetings with clients and internal stakeholders happening a few times a month.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage facilities and office management. This includes but is not limited to supporting office events and catering needs, allocating space and welcoming new team members, managing kitchen area and keeping snacks and beverages stocked, and being point of contact for building management.
  • Serve as the “first face” of Aetion, sitting at the first desk that guests will reach upon arrival at our headquarters.
  • Handle visitor management, including facilitation of interviews for candidates and clients and team meetings.
  • Manage conference room booking system.
  • Collaborating with people team and other operational leads to put on internal programming such as monthly All Hands meeting, happy hours, fundraisers etc.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Experience managing an office space
