Office Manager (maternity leave replacement) in MET Croatia ensures that everything runs smoothly in our office through variety of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. He/she ensures high organizational efficiency by not only performing but also analyzing and improving our internal procedures and processes. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety, organize office operations and procedures
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and external IT support
- Coordinate with internal and external IT support on all office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage preparation, ordering and restocking of marketing materials
- Managing of incoming and outgoing post
- Providing support and assistance to Management Board
- Other administrative tasks
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or desire to build career in this area
- Diligent approach to every tasks, systematic person with regularly updated to-do list and ownership of his/hers tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular), experience in Salesforce is a plus
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in terms of customer relationship management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Croatian
