Main Responsibilities
Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests.
Accept parcels and deliveries.
Assist co-workers with day-to-day needs, including ordering gifts and providing resources or support when needed.
Help coordinate in-house and off-site activities such as celebrations, team events, and conferences.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to update and maintain office policies.
Oversee the administration budget and track office-related expenses.
Handle relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely invoicing and service quality.
Coordinate employee benefits provided by the company and contribute to additional assigned projects.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration and functionality of office technologies within workspace.
Manage assigned projects.
Lead site-related projects, such as office redesigns, expansions, or relocations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Ensure, that all site operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Core Requirements
Proactive, dependable go-to person with a solution-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Genuine care for people and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages.
Quick learner with strong self-management and attention to detail.
Salary Range
Gross Salary 1500 - 2300 EUR/Month.
