Support and enhance the operations of Xsolla's Japan office by taking ownership of a diverse range of back office tasks and contributing to process improvements.
職務内容/Responsibilities
オフィス周りの業務
・事務用品や備品、設備の管理・補充
・名刺の発注、郵便物対応 など
バックオフィス業務
・請求書や経費の精算処理
・契約書や社内書類の管理(法務部門と連携)
・入退社手続き、勤怠管理、健康診断の手配、人事部のサポート など
グローバルな連携・サポート
・イベント出展時のサポート
・韓国オフィススタッフとの連携(メール・チャット使用)
・来客対応、IT関係のセットアップなど

- General work related to the Japan office
- Maintain office supplies
- Order name cards
- Handle mails, etc.
- Back Office jobs
- Handle invoices, expenses, etc
- Manage storing of document such as contract
- Support internal process for legal request
- Support on- & off-boarding, attendance management, arrangement for annual health checks, and other HR activities
- Support & alignment with other offices
- Support event-related work
- Communication with APAC head office in Seoul
- Support for guests, setting up IT equipment, etc.

- Salesforce、Jira、Confluence などの プロジェクト管理ツールの経験
- グローバル志向を持つスタートアップ環境または高成長環境での経験
- 作業の自動化など工夫して効率よくこなすスキル
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms
- Experience in high-growth or start-up environments, preferably with a global focus
- Skills to get things done efficiently by learning and improving such as automating works
