As an Office Manager Intern, you’ll join our People Ops Manager and support the daily operations of our Paris office. Your mission is to bring structure, reliability and brand alignment to our workspace, while supporting onboarding/offboarding logistics and onsite events.
Organize and maintain our office spaces (daily operations, cleanliness, structure)
Improve the office experience (aligning the workspace with the Scenario brand identity)
Ensure office supplies are available and well-organized
Handle deliveries and parcel management (receiving, distribution, follow-up)
Track and manage IT & goodies stock (hardware inventory follow-up)
Organize and coordinate onsite events and team moments (regular & adhoc) : manage event logistics (planning, vendors, setup, smooth execution).
Provide daily CEO support (assistant-style help, adhoc requests, coordination)
Support employee onboarding (welcoming new joiners, office @& IT logistics)
Support employee offboarding (return of equipment, office checklist follow-up)
Want to help keep the office consistently well-organized and functional
Care about brand experience and want the office to reflect the Scenario brand (decor, atmosphere, details)
Enjoy creating a smooth and welcoming first-day experience for new joiners (with People Ops)
Like organizing onsite moments and ensuring a strong and consistent employee experience
Want to bring structure to offboarding processes (with People Ops)
Are fluent in English and French
Are comfortable managing office supplies and deliveries efficiently, with minimal friction
Are proactive, take ownership, suggest improvements, and execute with autonomy
Don’t enjoy being hands-on with daily office operations
Prefer working only on one task at a time and feel uncomfortable juggling multiple small priorities
Don’t pay attention to details, aesthetics, and consistency
Need constant direction and don’t feel comfortable taking initiative
Have worked in startups / scale-ups with an office-based culture
Have experience in coworking or hospitality environments (WeWork, Morning, Spaces, etc.)
Are known for being highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Naturally create a welcoming environment and love improving spaces and processes
